Union Guard Security exists because too many properties in Southern California were being protected by the lowest bidder. We built the company we kept wishing we could hire.
Our story
Ask anyone who manages property in Los Angeles or Orange County about security vendors and you'll hear the same stories: guards asleep at posts, patrols that never happened, reports that never arrived, and a phone number no one answers after 6 PM.
Union Guard was founded to be the counter-example. We started with the standard first — vetting gates, training cadence, reporting discipline, supervision structure — and only then started taking clients. The result is a security company that operates less like a staffing agency and more like a professional operations unit.
Today we field armed and unarmed professional officers across two counties, with 24/7 dispatch and a supervisor who answers when you call. We're young as a brand, and deliberate as an operation — every client we take on is a property we can protect to the standard on this page.
